Mahi Mahi Recipes

 Mahi Mahi on the grill

Author Coach

Try this with Maui Maui or any other mild flavor fish. Take 2 fillets and place 1 filet on some foil. Make the foil large enough to cover entire concoction On the piece on the foil, add crab meat stuffing and place the other filet on top. On the top of all this, add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, thin sliced potato, or whatever you like. Now, pour approx 1/4 cup of Italian dressing and close foil up to form a foil tent and take a fork and poke a few holes in the tent of foil as to let some of the moisture escape.  Place this on the grill at medium heat for about 20-30 minutes. If the potatoes are done, the fish should be done. If it flakes, the fish is done.  Remove from the grill and smile as you taste the nectars of the fishing gods.
